Where I stand
Individual Liberty is paramount
Family
As a devoted husband and father of two children, I believe that the family unit is the cornerstone of a civil society. I support policies that strengthen families and make it easier for parents to raise their children.
Limited Government
I am a staunch advocate for limited government. I believe that government should exist by the consent of the governed and should focus on protecting the unalienable, God-given rights of its citizens, rather than intruding into individual freedoms. I would like to reduce the size and scope of government and to lower taxes.
Economic Growth
The economy does best with minimal government intervention, allowing businesses and people to be productive and creative. With the input of citizens, the government should step in only to protect rights and access to natural resources.
